Please check your order carefully before completing payment.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

1. You have read the product information and allergen information provided for the items you are ordering.
2. You understand that our products are handmade in a kitchen where a range of allergens are handled.
3. You have provided the correct collection date and contact details.
4. You agree to The Little Lambley Bakehouse Pre-Order Terms & Conditions.

If you have a food allergy or intolerance and are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, please contact us before placing your order.

Collecting

All pre-orders are for collection from:

The Little Lambley Bakehouse

51 Main Street, Lambley, Nottingham, NG4 4PN

Your order will be available to collect the Saturday after you place your order from 9am.

If you are unable to collect your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will always try to help where we can, but alternative collection arrangements cannot be guaranteed.

If someone else is collecting your order on your behalf, please make sure they have your order details.

Once your order has been collected, responsibility for storing and handling the food passes to the customer.

Please follow any storage instructions provided with your order.

If an order is not collected and we have not been contacted, we may not be able to retain the product for collection at a later date, particularly where the product is perishable.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you think you may be late collecting your order.
