Hi, I’m Amy - the baker, creator and busy mum behind The Little Lambley Bakehouse.

When I’m not working full time in a corporate role or keeping up with my three girls, you’ll usually find me in the kitchen, covered in flour and dreaming up something delicious. Baking is my favourite way to switch off, get creative and turn simple ingredients into something special.

The Little Lambley Bakehouse began as a hobby and a much-needed escape from the busyness of everyday life. What started with baking for family and friends has grown into a little bakehouse of my own, right here in Lambley.

I love trying new recipes, adding my own twist to old favourites and creating bakes that bring people together..
